Coffee is life so I have coffee with 2 tbs of Coffee mate powdered flavored creamer- French vanilla, hazelnut, caramel macchiato, chocolate, vanilla caramel... it's less than 100 calories and WORTH every sip! Cant compromise with morning coffee

I don't think it works like that. Maintanence calorie levels maintain. I can maybe see water weight from extra food and sodium but that should balance out over a few days.

I need to log it because of weekly totals and weight trends. You can have a cheat day and still be under your weekly goal for weight loss. For example, yesterday I had around 2100 calories and I logged it and found that because I was so good the rest of the days, I will still lose weight this week. Also logging it is…

When I say planned, I mean every week and a half or two weeks I will plan to eat whatever I've been wanting and craving and go above my tdee and even maintenance. Just curious how much above people are taking it.

That is sodium causing water weight! Both beer and Caesar salad are full of it and your body is not used to it any more so you swelled up! It'll be gone in 2 or 3 days. Takes my body 3 or 4 days to get rid of a lot of salt. Drinking tons of water, green tea, and cardio will make it faster!

Im not sure. I lost 48 lbs over the course of a few years but this year I gained back around 10 and I'm trying to lose it again. I weigh 124ish right now and want to be 115.
