Not losing as much as I would want
I have been eating around 1200 calories for 20 days but I have only lost about one pound. I have been eating pretty healthy too and exercising. Why am I Not losing more weight and what are some tips to help me lose weight?

Fruits or protein
I have been eating a lot fruits because I can eat more of those and still stay within my calorie limit. But I am not sure if I should be eating more protein because if I do I will have to cut back more on what I'm eating since it normally has higher calories.
