Are there any good healthy places to eat or outside parks that are good for exercise?

Depends on where you are in Indy. The Monon Trail goes from downtown to the northern suburb of Carmel. It's very popular for biking, running, and walking. There is a canal with paths downtown and up to the Broad Ripple area. The Cultural Trail is a wide sidewalk going through downtown for biking, running, and walking. There are numerous small parks throughout the city and suburbs with walking and running trails, and several with mountain bike trails.

I love running in Eagle Creek Park, personally. Dirt trails that are great for hiking or running. I see people biking on the roads in the park, too. (I don't actually live in Indy, but I go down there sometimes to run with friends.)

Here's the Strava heat map that shows where people (who upload to Strava) are running in Indy. You can toggle for bike activity, too, although with that you're going to get a lot of commuter action as well.

Here's the trails in Eagle Creek Park, just for fun.

Hummel Park in Plainfield has some nice walking/biking trails. Plainfield is just a few miles west of Indianapolis. They also have a large playground and you could do some good bodyweight exercises on the equipment. Plainfield also has the Recreation and Aquatic Center which has great group classes and gym equipment as well as indoor track for bad weather days. I believe there is also an outdoor trail there as well.
