Birthday Beginning
Today is my 62nd birthday. My father had a major heart attack and quintuple bypass surgery when he was 62. I am tired of being overweight. I am tired of my knees hurting. I am tired of being uncomfortable all the time. I am tired of being tired. Today ..... I begin again..........
