30 pounds by my wedding:)
Hi, my name is Heather and I would like to lose 30 pounds by my wedding next year. And starting in August I will have to lose approximately 3 pounds a month. I would love some friends and encouragement please!:) this is the first time I am really dedicated to loseing the weight and its a scary/anxious journey!
