Two Years - Im here!
This took two years. 30 pounds and lots of new muscle. MFP, a good scale, consistent and deliberate activity, food consciousness and good sleep. There’s no magic pill. So much hard work but it’s so fun to see and feel this!

Before and After
Jan 2018 167 lbs. Dec 25 2019 137 lbs. A million squats, runs, and push ups later - the transformation has happened. Was never easy along the way but is so satisfying now.

Macros
Just starting playing with macros and I'm finding it very difficult to meet them! Fats are always too high, proteins always too low. It's kind of showing me though how to eat in order to match the "triple constraint" - Carbs, proteins and fats. You have to watch the other two while you're targeting one of them. Food…
