My son made brownies and I managed to have 1 small bite. Not half the pan or even a square but 1 small bite. When I was tempted I looked at it and said out loud "No, I don't to ruin what I've done today." That worked.

Today's Goal
I am starting this journey slowly. I don't want to get overwhelmed. So today I have 3 goals; 1) workout, 2) meet the calorie goal and 3) write in my food diary. So far so good. Rode my bike for 105 minutes. It's only 4 pm, and I'm doing a good job with my calorie intake. Now I just have to keep writing in the diary. This…
