Today's Goal

I am starting this journey slowly. I don't want to get overwhelmed. So today I have 3 goals; 1) workout, 2) meet the calorie goal and 3) write in my food diary.

So far so good. Rode my bike for 105 minutes. It's only 4 pm, and I'm doing a good job with my calorie intake.

Now I just have to keep writing in the diary. This may seem silly but its important to me. I have a tendency to omitte info when I'm having a bad day. If it's not there then it didn't get consumed. Right?

    I hope you made all your goals for today!! It's all about one day at a time. If we screw up own it. Log it. See how many calories you ate. Figure out what triggered it, and move on. Best of luck to you!

    Thank you for your support. I did meet my goals, stayed within my calorie range and log everything.

    I will continue to go one day at a time.
