Hi everyone! I'm new and have been considering low carb diets to lose weight. I ideally would like to lose twenty pounds. I justt started cutting out carbs and felt like crap. My body felt weak and flu like symptoms started happening. This was discouraging. Anyone experience this type of symptoms?
