I will add you! I lost forty pounds two years ago on this app and gained some back when I hit my goal. I recently had my heart broken and have been hitting the gym and logging like crazy. Its taken my mind off of the heartache and focusing on being a better version of me. We can do this!

I have had the same issue at my desk job. Now since I have been on here, I use sugar free gum or mints. I make sure I log them. You would be surprised at the calories and how it adds up.

I bought a Charge HR and from my experience it is useful for calories burned even for a walk. The higher your heart rate is, the more calories it will show you burned. I believe it is more accurate than the other fitbit that doesn't measure heart rate. I think you would enjoy it more.

I personally do not weigh myself that week. Generally I feel bloated and heavy, so I avoid the scale. I know I would be hard on myself if I saw the number go up, even though I know it is just water. Best for me to stay away.

I just hit my last mini goal of losing a solid twenty. My next goal is to lose the next five pounds for a twenty five pound loss. Still chipping away

My stomach and hips first. I tend to gain the weight there first and lose first in those areas. Wish I noticed more difference in my arms. Not though!

I can relate. I have always had a sweet tooth. What works for me is cutting down on the amount of sweets I normally consume. I literally cut half of what I used to eat and throughout the day, I watch my sugar intake along with calories to fit in a piece of dark chocolate for dessert. This has worked for me so far, and I…
