Welcome!
If you haven't already, you can put your stats into myfitnesspal (height, weight, age, etc) and set an amount of weight you wish to lose per week. It'll give you a calorie goal per day to follow, and just go from there. Small steps.

It's a lifestyle change. I have learned the only people who understand what I am going through is on mfp. I just started my journey Monday and I have a long road ahead of me but I am determined.
