I'm 32 and need to get going on pushing myself more with workingout and eating right

    Welcome!

    If you haven't already, you can put your stats into myfitnesspal (height, weight, age, etc) and set an amount of weight you wish to lose per week. It'll give you a calorie goal per day to follow, and just go from there. Small steps. :)

    It's a lifestyle change. I have learned the only people who understand what I am going through is on mfp. I just started my journey Monday and I have a long road ahead of me but I am determined. :) it's all about keeping a positive mind set
