How often do you step on the scales?!
..so yes, this! I'm resisting the temptation to get weighed every day. I'm thinking I should just weigh myself first thing every Monday morning, but was wondering what everyone else does? Do you find you have more success with daily weigh ins?

Day 2 of logging for me. ..60 lbs to lose! Hi. I'm new to mfp, and in the UK. I want to lose 6 stone. I've done every diet going, amd I want this to be last time I have to change the way I eat....I need to think of it as a new lifestyle rather than a diet. .anyone else in a similar boat? Would love to make some mfp friends!
