See, macros and the like confuse me, I haven't got the patience for it...it all sounds very complicated. SW has "speed foods" which are certain types of fruit and vegetables, and then "free" foods, which is lean meat, pasta rice potatoes, fat free yoghurts, etc, so yes in theory you can eat as much pasta as you like but…

I haven't been tracking calories whilst doing slimming world no, I've just re-downloaded mfp to start though, I think I've set it all up properly

Oops not sure what happened to the rest of my reply! Thanks for your replies, I do watch the amount of carbs I have and try to bulk up on veggies, but maybe I'll start weighing out rice/pasta and see if it makes a difference

I think I'll go daily but only record once a week, as weekly weigh ins don't seem to have worked for me in the past, and I might be less tempted to cheat!

At the minute I'm quite partial to cheeseburger salad! I don't have a bread bun with it, literally just a burger (homemade or frozen -mine are 189 cal) topped with cheese served with a standard salad, or big plate of steamed veggies. If I've got enough calories, I have a bit of salsa or soured cream with it! Yum.

I didn't shout though. Felt quite bad, but I do believe everyone should have manners and think about what they say! I am currently quite wide though, so he's probably dome me a favour by fat shaming me!

Yes I was quite shocked. I said to him, "that's really rude and cheeky. You shouldn't say things like that because you will hurt people's feelings. And I've just had a baby! " He was about 10. He looked quite embarrassed that I told him off,and went away nearly crying.

I had another moment yesterday. took my toddler and baby to the park. A child said to me "how much food have you been eating because you're quite wide?!"

Ooh YES to the photos! Hubby took a photo of me holding my 2 yo at the weekend, and my *kitten* looks huge. Like Kim kardashian sized, but not hot! And yes to the sex thing too! I felt much more confident in the bedroom when I was slim
