Intermittent Fasting
Day 2 of the intermittent fasting for me. I eat breakfast at 10:30, and consume all my meals before 18:30. Water not an issue for me. Looking for other like minded fasters and looking for your experiences. Thanks

Any one else work 12hrs +
Find it difficult to eat right throughout the day. I am a paramedic and most of the time I'm in the truck. Hard to eat right on the go, and to eat healthy. Can only cart around so much food with me. I also find it hard to exercise on the days that I work. I commute about an hour to and from so it doesn't leave me much time…

New to MFP - looking for a positive boost
I'm new to MFP. I like the fact that it holds me accountable for a calorie count. I am slowly changing the way I am eating. I finished a vocational college 4 yrs ago and the pounds have just crept on. My ideal goal weight is 140lbs, I'm sitting at about 162 right now. It would be nice to get some words of encouragement…

Almost 40, Chubby medic looking to get fit/thinner
Hi all, I work in health care and find it hard to eat right and exercise well while working on the ambulance for 12 hour shifts. Loving my Garmin Vivofit. Started my Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, (AGAIN :neutral: ) I really miss eating fruit, but it blows my sugar allowance.
