Almost 40, Chubby medic looking to get fit/thinner

Hi all, I work in health care and find it hard to eat right and exercise well while working on the ambulance for 12 hour shifts.
Loving my Garmin Vivofit. Started my Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, (AGAIN :neutral: )

I really miss eating fruit, but it blows my sugar allowance.
