Hi all! Where are you at? I finally joined a gym a few weeks ago and have been going with a coworker at lunch. We've gone almost every day! I can't seem to find a scale that is consistent, but I'm .more concerned with eating well and being active. But.....I THINK I've lost a pound, lol. How you all doing??
