to soy or not to soy?
I've been reading that folks with thyroid issues should not eat soy. What are reasons for this and what do you all think?

Butter pros and cons
So the latest news is that butter is not as bad as they thought. (Big surprise there.) And I'm seeing more and more advice to add fat to my diet. I like the taste of butter and use it to cook combined with olive oil. I'm inviting input and opinions.

Does anyone else think it's just wrong to have advertising from McDonalds scrolling across the screen while you're logging your food for the day? What could be less motivational than that? I understand the need for advertising on a free website, but shouldn't they be selective? Or is it just me?

How do I use the add exercise portion of the program?
When I try to add strength exercises it just tells me they are not in the database. Is there some way I can see what is in the database?
