Starting P90 this week - any advice?
I ordered the new P90 series and received it this past week (I have the old series but I couldn't get into it since it seems so outdated). I'm hoping to start it tomorrow evening (I prefer working out in the morning, but my work schedule doesn't allow it every morning). Any advice? I love strength training but haven't done…
