4 days in and lost 4lb already, surely this must be wrong..... What could it be?
Second day of eating 1500 cal and all is well, burned 350 on my morning bike ride.... God bless this app
its hard for me to eat only 1500 cal a day, maybe I should train more to eat more haha
hey I'm new and determined to loose two stone before Christmas. I'm 28, male 14st 5'11 and my goal is to eT 1500 cal or less a day and cycle everyday as my main exercise. Any tricks or advice would be much appreciated. Please add me if you like
