I apologize if I have asked this before... I am in my mid 40's and I have lossed weight and gained it back plus. In the past year I have losses and kept 50 or so off. Since o seem to keep losing and gaining the same 10-25 pounds over and over, and can't get below 225. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
Hi, I am kim, and I am not knew to the weight loss world. But I will say this for the first time in my life I am staring my demons in the eye, and believing in me... I can use ALL the support I can get. I am 45 mom of 7 and from the sunshine state, though it's been quite rainy here lately.
