Do macros really matter for weight loss? (100 lbs+) If so, why? And what are the proper ratios?
I'm newish to mfp and how to track exercise. I have a Fitbit charge HR. Is it better to sync my steps with mfp or input my exercises manually? Which would be more accurate for tracking calories etc..
