Cravings!!
i am totally craving food right now although I am full bloated and no hungar pains?? What's with this?? And to make the matter worse my boyfriend told me I was the fattest girl he's ever dated. He took it back I don't think he really meant it, but maybe.. Kinda depressing..

Time to get motivated!!
Hi ! Just starting tracking calories today and did 3 1st day challenge workouts. I need to lose 20 lbs. after seeing awful pictures of myself at a concert this weekend, it was a real reality check of how much weight I have gained. Time to sto the madness and get back to my self again!!!!
