i wanted a rough idea of my body fat percentage so went to boots to use the scales but they were broke so instead I used some calculations on the Internet and the results I got were between 31 and 32% I'm 5'2 and 146lb. I have a fit bit so I use that to track activity and also have it synced to MFP. It currently shows as 1463 calories burnt today, I know they are not 100% accurate but is that about right.
