confused and frustrated
i've been keeping just under all of my goals (i do go over in sodium sometimes, but that's it), and i've been drinking about 8 cups of water every day, and i've been swimming five days a week, but i'm not losing any weight. why am i not losing any weight?

Strained my shoulder and have difficulty with many exercises.
Yes, I know, walking works. Can't run or jog because it is too high impact and triggers my asthma. I've been swimming - that's how I injured it - and since the injury I've been doing a modified version of the frog stroke and the back stroke, since I can't risk using my arm and injuring it more.
