Well, I'm on day 6 of my shred. As of today, I was able to do everything pretty well, I think. Push ups are still super hard for me though. I have managed to lose 6lbs in these day. Help! I have been pregnant for the last 2 years, I never got a chance to lose the weight, I need to lose 30lbs to get back to a healthy weight.
