24-22 inch waist
I have a 27 inch waist right now with just a little bit of defenition. My abdomen is flat and that’s all. Are there any exercises I can do to get a more hourglass figure? Ideally a 22 inch waist.

Gross question.
I just made a whole 3 cups worth of overnight oats, only to find out the yogurt I used was moldy and expired last month. I really dont want to waste food and that was my breakfast for a couple days. If I microwave it will it be safe to eat? I know, I've googled it but there's not really any clear answers. Your input?

Any shiratake noodles recipes?
I recently got 3 packs of these(they where on sale) but Imm not sure how to cook them. I'm thinking of putting them in a spicy broth but I'm interested in hearing how you guys cook them.
