Lost 70 Pounds In 7 Months 265-195
yup from 265 to 195 in 7 months! Did A lot of cardio for sure every month. around month 4 started lifting weights. Around month 5 started counting macros and stayed on a strict diet. Month 6 did some intermittent fasting. Month 7 feeling good. Hoping by month 9 I'll be at my goal of 180.
