Weight bouncing up
Alrighty. So, right now I weigh 168lbs. I want to lose 15 lbs in about three months. I was down to 165 but in a matter of a week I gained 3lbs. :( I'm not entirely convinced its bad weight. 1,200 calorie a day, projected weight loss two pounds a week, losing nothing close to that
So I hsve been super crazy about imputing every little thing I eat or drink. I've only gone over my calorie limit one time and it was by 25 calories. In the past two weeks, I have only lost 2lbs. Anyone else not losing weight with the calorie settings on here? I'm active, I play with my two year old all day, run two miles…

I changed my weight loss goal to losing two pounds a week, calorie intake on app didn't change?
So when you set how much you want to lose it automatically sets itself. Mine was 1580 calories a day and I had it set at one pound a week. Well now I set it at two pounds a week and it didn't change. Suggestions?

Losing weight to join the Navy!
