Didn't see it yet thought I would get it going... Starting Weight: 163 Current Weight: 152 Goal Weight: 135 I'm about a third of the way through my goal hoping to reach the full goal by New Years. The biggest struggle I am facing is keeping up my new routine amidst moving a family of 5! Fun! Good to have this extra support!

i once heard that it takes discipline to do anything new for the first 21 days - you have to have discipline those days. But...
