This is my problem as well - looking to hit around 18-20lbs working out at home before/after work plus three young kids. Gym is not an option, trying simple excercises I can do at home and trying to keep extra snacks and portion sizes under control. My biggest problem though is my love of wine- empty calories...

I lost weight during each of my three pregnancies in the first trimester because I wasn't drinking my nightly glass of wine :) that said for me it's not a long term lifestyle choice if I'm going to cut out casual drinks. Plan for it and log it - if you have the calories left have a drink if not - don't.

I'm in trying to hit 140 by my 40th birthday right before the new year. I'm at 155 today (from 163) and 5'6". After having three kids those extra pounds show more than they used to! Motivation and weekly weigh in's sound great!
