Why do my calorie requirements go up?
If I am trying to lose fat, why do my calorific intake requirements increase after entering a cardio exercise? If I have burned calories it makes no sense to me that I have to eat more.

How do I log calories from weightlifting?
I am new to MFP and am wondering why my calories don't show up from my exercises. Do I have to look them up and manually add them? I have other peoples diaries and noticed calories burned is displayed for excercises performed.
