Dizziness in the gym
So while I perform intense workouts I get a bit light headed and sometimes dizzy. I guzzle down water thinking it might be dehydration but this has not helped. Anyone suggestions or similar situations for anyone out there?

Tips for firmer butt and thighs
been doing squats and lunges. Getting bored and repetitious. What other lower body workouts can I do? I use five pound free weights for my lower body exercise. Tips? Suggestions?
