How many carbs do you eat in a day?
I am new to this WOE, today I was still at about 80 carbs, I know I need to get that number down, plan, plan plan :) .. How many carbs do you eat and can still lose weight?

47 yrs old female, need to lose 50 lbs, looking for low carb friends with open diaries
Please add me if you are low carb, or would like to eat this way.. I plan to stay within my calorie limit but eat low(er) carb.. I am also going to make making more a priority too.
