Lost 23 pounds, have 22 to go!!!! Anyone in the same boat?
I have changed my diet and run for 60 minutes 3 times a week. I'm currently trying to increase speed. I also do strength training 3 times a week. I'd like to find others in the same boat to help keep me on track. I started in March of this year.
