Sleep deprived Mamas

Please offer any suggestions you have for sleep deprived moms. Working out sometimes seems so difficult when we are running on empty.

    First, remember that this is only a stage. Kids will change, and eventually you'll get some sleep. For a while =), until the next stage begins. Remember to take a shower. And be creative with exercise--it doesn't have to be while baby is asleep, or when kids are away from the home. Some of my [better] workouts have been when I'm pushing a baby in a stroller or walking around a park in circles while the kids play on a playset. You can do it!
