Please offer any suggestions you have for sleep deprived moms. Working out sometimes seems so difficult when we are running on empty.

First, remember that this is only a stage. Kids will change, and eventually you'll get some sleep. For a while , until the next stage begins. Remember to take a shower. And be creative with exercise--it doesn't have to be while baby is asleep, or when kids are away from the home. Some of my [better] workouts have been when I'm pushing a baby in a stroller or walking around a park in circles while the kids play on a playset. You can do it!0
