hello everyone I am 90 lbs. over weight I have tried many time to loss weight only to Plato after 30 lbs. the first 30 has always gone fast and then I stay for months never losing any more.. my last attempt I lost 30 in the first 2 months and then spent the next 6 months increasing every thing to loss weight.
