Quick question, advice please
I work out first thing in the morning, now should I eat breakfast(sometimes protein shake) first or wait to eat after exercising? I've always heard to eat at least 30 mins after waking up, but if your already in the zone, when do you chow? Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

Getting back on track
Hello . I used this app back in 2014 and forgot to download it again with the new phone. So I'm almost done doing my cleanse and wanted to keep track of my eating/exercise habits. It kept me on track before so I have no doubt it will push me forward again. Looking to keep motivated with a likeminded community :)
