To each his/her own I guess. In the challenge you do eat regular food that you buy at the grocery store. I like the "boost" lol. I won't argue or put down your opinion, I just know that, for me, it works and it's healthy.

No problem and no need to apologize lol. I made sure I consulted my doctor and nutritionist and it was highly approved. If you've never heard of it, I can understand how it sounds misleading.

That's the point of the challenge though. It helps get you into a healthy eating habit. Small meals every 3 hours. It teaches you and helps restart your metabolism. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change and the challenge is a tool.

It's very interesting to get different answers. I tried to research, but came up with the same dilemma. I greatly appreciate all the feedback. I'm going to try to eat something small(example banana) do my workout, then follow up with a protein shake and go from there. I workout by myself in the morning so passing out is…
