I am an Endomorphic body type I am about to start a beginner running plan doing 3 days Mon, Wed and Fri. With doing a full body circuit training on Tues and Thur in between running. Is this a good plan for starting out? I am new to running. Also I do a diet of 2 shakes a day and one meal, should I include 2 snacks as well…
