I am an Endomorphic body type I am about to start a beginner running plan doing 3 days Mon, Wed and Fri. With doing a full body circuit training on Tues and Thur in between running. Is this a good plan for starting out? I am new to running. Also I do a diet of 2 shakes a day and one meal, should I include 2 snacks as well I know being Endomorphic my metabolism is slower then others so I need to keep in engaged to lose weight.

Thank you

Your workout plan sounds fine. Just ease into it. You can try C25k if you're a new runner and want a plan for that.

As far as the food, hit your calorie requirements that My Fitness Pal gives you.

As far as the workouts are concerned, if you're new to running, you might consider just doing the M-W-F running plan, and work in the body circuit training once your body adjusts to an exercise routine.

As far as including snacks and what not: eat back your exercise calories, whatever they are, so that you continue to hit your net daily calorie goal.

you know that body type thing is a farce right?

Your metabolism is average I suspect...

As far as your workout plan that's great...I wouldn't sub real food for a shake esp if you are going 5 days straight.

As well how many calories are you taking in on an average day?
