Stayed the same
I have been doing mfp for 4 weeks now. The first week I lost 8lbs! The second week I out two of those back on. And this week I've stayed the same. I weigh out my food. Never go over my calorie allowance and excercise 3x a week for at least 40 minutes. On my first week I didn't eat back any of my excercise calories. Second…
