  • I know it's not easy. Just feeling a bit dispondent that's all. I've stuck to it religiously and haven't seen results for the last two weeks. I'm obviously being a bit impatient. I'll sit tight and carry on

  • I use my tomtom watch when I go running. It tells me how many calories I've burned each time. But I don't eat them all back. Anyway, thanks for all your comments :) Fingers crossed it's just water. My clothes are feeling a bit looser anyway so that's a good thing. Xx
  • Oh and I'm was only eating 1/2 of the excessive calories back not all of them x
  • Thanks for your replies. I'm eating 1200 a day. Want to loose approx 2lbs a week. I burn between 300-500 calories 3 times a week x
