I have been doing mfp for 4 weeks now.
The first week I lost 8lbs! The second week I out two of those back on. And this week I've stayed the same.
I weigh out my food. Never go over my calorie allowance and excercise 3x a week for at least 40 minutes.
On my first week I didn't eat back any of my excercise calories. Second week I did. And last week I ate back 50% of them.
What am I supposed to be doing and what am I doing wrong.
Please help. I feel like giving up:(

Oh dear Lord it has only been four weeks! Mostly you have been shifting around water weight. Keep doing what you are doing and settle in for the long haul. It's a marathon, not a sprint and if you expect the pounds to come flying off... well... I am sad to inform you that's not how it works. Just stick with it. Good luck!

I know it's not easy. Just feeling a bit dispondent that's all. I've stuck to it religiously and haven't seen results for the last two weeks. I'm obviously being a bit impatient. I'll sit tight and carry on

and your goal is only 8 pounds. The closer you are to your goal weight the slower it comes off. Patience, you've got this!!

You've stayed the same this week - you're still as wonderful as you were last week, so congratulations and keep up the good work!

Even though the weight on the scale might have stalled you are probably still making little victories without even knowing it such as loosing inches in places. Let the mirror be a guide to your progress along with indicators like how your clothes fit and energy levels etc. You are moving in the right direction. Just be patient and try to enjoy the journey. Good luck.

I was in the same weight range for MONTHS, and that was mostly my fault quite honestly. Still, with that being said you can't let a little delay discourage you. It's gonna be okay. :)
