Been going slimming world for 3 weeks now and although I am sticking to the free food I am also trying to stick to 1000/1200 calories a day. I have about 28lb to lose. So can't believe how slow it's going. Has anyone else had this problem
Completed d1 wk1 of c25k. Nearly killed me not looking forward to tomorrow's run. First time I've run in about 30+ years. Must have looked a right state
