The past couple days I seem to want to eat all the time. I know it's out of boredom. It's the weekend, too cold to go out and today I've had a migraine. How do you keep from wanting to eat all time?
I'm really confused as to how the net calories work. For example; mine this week says my net calorie goal is 1550, my net average says 1646, 3 days are in the red and it says I'm 640 over goal. Is that good or bad? I'm still losing weight so I'm really confused.
I'm new to his group but had gastric bypass on February 16, 2016. I have reached my goal and am trying to maintain which is harder than losing. I lost 154 lbs in my journey. Please feel free to friend me. We can never have too much support, ideas, advice, encouragement, etc.
I was told this is a great app to keep in track with food intake, liquid, and exercise. Has anyone else or is anyone having gastric bypass surgery? I'd love support.
