What tunes do you enjoy listening to the most when working out?
Good evening all app users. This is my first week using the app and I’m finding it very helpful tracking my daily macros.
After a year out of not training I'm fully in the zone training at least 4 days per week. However, I'm at a lose end with diet plans, there are so many out there I'm needing help with one to help lose the weight and gain definition.
I'm very new to this and I'm looking for new friends to help with motivation and reach goals. Feel free to add me.
