Nutrition Plan

After a year out of not training I'm fully in the zone training at least 4 days per week. However, I'm at a lose end with diet plans, there are so many out there I'm needing help with one to help lose the weight and gain definition.

    I try to eat as healthy as possible, but I do have one day a week where I can have what I want within reason. I like all foods.

    Then eat all foods. A varied diet is the healthiest. You can eat what you like within reason every day. Reason=hit your calorie goal (and macro goals, if you do that).
