New to Kettle
Hi I just purchased some kettle bells, I was introduced to them at the gym. I liked them so much better that the regular arm weights. But I have no clue on what types of exercises I can do with them. Any suggestions, I'm open to any and every option. It's all about exercise.

Well I have started walking already and I actually walk about 2,000 steps on my 15 min breaks. I walked yesterday on my 30 min lunch break and walked an entire mile.
