Looking for mfp friends that are also aiming for 1200 calories (im short and seditary af, so no lectures) that I can get meal ideas from.

Recommended at home workout?
I have a gym membership but rarely get to actually use it (newborn and toddler) and it's driving me insane. I need a good home workout routine that's easy on the wrists and tail bone and challenging but not impossible haha, still a newb. Thanks in advance!

how high is too high
I have a resting heart rate between 95-100. Obviously I'm out of shape. I've only been working out for 3 weeks and my favorite cardio is HIIT on the elliptical. My heart gets up to 168-178 and the machine starts freaking out saying that its too high, so what the heck am I supposed to do, ignore it?
