For me, the first 10-15 minutes are the hardest and then it's like a switch flips and I can power through, so maybe you can psyche yourself into it. That's what I have to do.

I found once i cut them out complelty for a say a couple of weeks, then i was able to eat them in moderation. Its like the more sugar i eat the more sugar i want, my self control is not great but if you don't buy it, you wont eat it. Staying hydrated and drinking my apple cider vinegar concoction seems to help me too.

I feel the same way. I'm not going to waste calories on cheap fast food or takeout. If im going to blow them its going to be on restaurant quality food not fast and fried crap thats barely food.

Any kind of fruit or vegetable i will eat. If i get the muchies which i often do i tell myself if im not willing to eat a fruit or vegetable then im not really hungry and its just cravings.

Remember the main objective here is to get healthy not just skinny. All the trans fat and deep fried food is going to go straight to clogging those arteries and woman are way more likely to die of a heart attack. Calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight but don't you wanna be a healthy skinny?

No go on youtube, not trying to eat up my data and no home internet. Yes I could find something...I'm capable of researching a program out, but thought I would see if their were ones that more experienced fitness buffs or even personal trainers would recommend from experience.

My body always surprises me by going down on the scale after a day I've eaten like 1800 calories. It never keeps going down if I keep eating 1800 but if its just one day every now and then I never fail to lose a pound. I have no explanation for it but would sure love one!

I just eat some peanut butter on a banana about an hour before... Does the trick for me. My heart rate is fast enough as it is I'm not trying to explode on the elliptical lol

Try some pb2 powder in some oatmeal or a homemade slushy. I love the stuff. Other than that my only advice is if you don't buy it you can't eat it

I put a half serving of bolthouse farms Greek yogurt ranch dressing. A full serving is 45 calories. It's the only ranch I've found that doesn't have that diet taste

I have to eat every 2-3 hours or I get super nauseous and start dry heaving. And get light headed It's been like that since I was a teenager. So 3 small meals and 3 even smaller snacks is what works best for me but I have no problem keeping it at 1200 calories
